Dunkurque Golf Club
The 27-hole Dunkurque Golf Course was originally built back in the early 1990’s by French Golf architect, Robert Berthet who also added the extra nine holes in 2006.
The additional nine holes are well blended in with the original 18 and the Dunkurque Golf Club is now recognised as one of the best Golf Courses in Northern France.
Located just a few minutes from the centre of Dunkirk this course is an excellent alternative choice for a day’s golf outside of England as the journey from the Eurotunnel terminal to the course is a just over 30 minutes.
Although often quite a windy course the wide fairways with their gentle curves make this course suitable for players of all levels as long as you can stay out of the ditches and water hazards.
Overall, Dunkurque Golf Club is a course full of character offering some amazing views over the towers and belfries of Flanders.
