We’ve just returned from our golfing holiday in Marbella.
We had a great time in the perfect weather conditions.
However, there were a couple of disappointments. The hotel was ok but not as nice as previously. Regarding the golf courses, at Dona Julia the facilities and condition of the clubhouse were very poor, and at Santa Maria the course was great but the speed of play was awful, taking nearly 6 hours to play. The reason given was that there was a Captain’s day in front of us and they stopped at hole 7 for drinks and snacks which was horrible for us having to wait so long on EVERY tee.
But as I say despite those points we had a great time as the location was great and the taxi company Garcatri were brilliant.
