Bom Sucesso

Bom Sucesso Golf Course is a spectacular 18-hole par-72 championship golf course located in Obidos just 50 minutes from Lisbon Airport and was designed by the world-renowned golf architect Donald Steel who has won numerous awards for his work. Built on moderately sloping terrain with breath-taking views over the sea and the Obidos Lagoon, this parkland layout is extremely challenging.

The greens are well designed and strategic placement of bunkers requires careful placement of the ball as the corrugated greens will provide a variety of different putt difficulties for the golfer. The final three holes of the Bom Sucesso Golf Course are some of the most exciting in Portugal.

The par 5, 17th in particular is a truly great hole located at the highest elevation of the site and swinging downhill and right to left over some superb ridges to a green with the Obidos lagoon as its backdrop. The Bom Sucesso Golf Course favours the golfer who likes a challenge.
