Golf D’Aro

The Golf Course D’Aro-Mas Nou is situated 300m above sea level in the Les Gavares Mountains, with stunning views overlooking the Costa Brava.

The course demands a lot of focus, with accuracy taking priority over distance. When architect Ramon Espinosa designed this course he obviously had the good golfer in mind more than the high-handicapper, as there are some fearsomely deep ravines filled with dense bushes lining around a dozen holes. The course is surrounded by pine trees and cork oaks as well as over one thousand olive trees, but this does not give much protection when the wind is strong.

In addition, there are two large artificial lakes, which make the course more attractive when playing. In the most spectacular setting, this is not an easy course by any means, but it is a must for the golfer looking for a challenge!
