La Herreria Golf Club was founded in 1967, located in the foothills of the spurs of the Guadarrama mountain range, in San Lorenzo, with wonderful views of the Real Monastery of El Escorial. Designed by Antonio Lucena it consists of an 18 hole, par 72 course. The course is 6,091 metres long from the tips, with 18 holes. The first side was altered in 2000 by renowned designer José Gancedo. This modification respected the oak forest and the autochthonous ash and holm oak forest. La Herrería has three tennis courts so you can also enjoy this sport. Additionally, there are summer courses so you can start off in tennis or polish up your technique.
