Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Hotel

The 4* Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Hotel sits right on the Mediterranean in Oliva, between Gandia and Dénia on the northern Costa Blanca. It’s one of the few hotels in Spain where you can walk from your room to both the first tee and the beach, which makes it a favourite with golfers who want a relaxed, easy-going break.

The golf

The hotel’s own Oliva Nova course was designed by Seve Ballesteros. It’s a par 72 with wide fairways, well-placed bunkers and water in play on several holes, and it has hosted the European Tour Qualifying School. The course is flat and easy to walk, and the coastal breeze can make it play very differently from one day to the next. If you’d like to try somewhere new, El Saler, La Sella and La Galiana can be added to your package in golf season.

The hotel

There are around 200 contemporary rooms, each with a balcony or terrace overlooking the golf course, the pools, the beach or the Montgó mountains. Between rounds you can relax in the spa, use the gym, or head down to the lagoon-style pools. There are several restaurants and bars, including a buffet restaurant and an à la carte Mediterranean restaurant serving fresh seafood.

Getting there

Valencia airport is about 50 minutes away by car, and Alicante a little over an hour, so you can fly into whichever suits you best. We can arrange transfers or car hire as part of your package.
