Vall D’Or

Situated in S´Horta on the south east coast of Mallorca, between the resorts of Cala d´Or and Porto Colom, the Vall D’Or Golf Course began life as a 9 hole course in 1985, and was redesigned in 1993 by American architect Bradford Benz to make a full 18 hole course. Vall D’Or offers golfers of all standards an excellent round. Along the course there are three lakes and a good number of bunkers with limestone sand. The first 9 holes are of stunning beauty and excellent design as they skirt their way through small hills covered with pine, olive and almond trees. The greens are relatively small and are well protected. The back nine holes are very different from the front as they feature hilly fairways, leading down to the coast to offer players fantastic views and an exhilarating finish to their round.
