Mar Menor Golf is the course at the heart of the Mar Menor Golf Resort in Murcia. Its first nine holes opened in 2005 as the first stage of the Nicklaus Golf Trail, and it has since grown into an 18-hole championship course.
The course
Mar Menor suits golfers of all levels but asks for concentration on every hole. Lakes play a big part, so accurate approach shots are rewarded, and you’ll need a good range of shots to get round well. Palm trees, native grasses and flowering shrubs make it a colourful, very Mediterranean setting.

Saurines, Hacienda del Álamo and La Torre are all close by, making it easy to play several courses in one trip.
